- EARLY AFTERNOON:  As part of the Extended Concierge Service, Kate arrives to manage check-in with host on behalf of Robin & Bo and the crew.  Drop off kitchen items (per below), florals, cake or other ceremony items as needed. 

- LATE AFTERNOON: Robin, Bo & Guests arrive to the property in late afternoon. Get settled in.

- EVENING: Bo, Robin and family celebrate with a Chef Robin inspired home-cooked "Rehearsal Dinner."

- Fully customized adventure timeline prepared & shared, with details to keep you organized from early recon & permitting through final album and image printing.  And... Extended concierge support to keep more to-do items off your list!

**Robin/Bo provide the recipe & the cooking! Kate will manage grocery items for the meal and ensure kitchen is properly equipped as part of the Extended Concierge Service. 

**Kate will return and will unobtrusively capture images of the meal prep fun, family in candid mode, & dinner celebration (up to four hours total)

- THROUGH NOON-1 pm-ish:  All have a leisurely start to the day with breakfast, lunch, etc.  Kate arrives to help manage items/packing of picnic basket for Bo & Robin for evening excursion as part of the Extended Concierge Service.

- EARLY AFTERNOON: Robin & Bo get ready.  "First looks" at the house.  Kate will be quietly capturing images throughout of them, and the family as well.

- AFTERNOON: Load up and drive to ceremony location: Sunburst Falls on the Pigeon River, featuring a unique 1930's crafted stone bridge!  Estimate a 4:00 arrival.

-~4PM - 5:30 PM:  Ceremony at Sunburst Falls, Family Photos, and chill/down time with the crew at the ceremony location.  A perfect time for cake/cupcakes and a bubbly drink!
