A starting point & inspiration, this Mid-Mountain sketch shows you the possibility of a unique adventure wedding experience of sport & family spanning two days, and, beautiful options included to share your story post adventure!  Click here to see the full package details!

- LATE AFTERNOON: Robin, Bo & Guests arrive to the property in late afternoon to check in with the host. Get settled in.

- EARLY EVENING: As part of the Concierge Service, Kate arrives to drop off any florals, cake or other day-of ceremony items as needed.

- EVENING: Bo, Robin and family celebrate with a "Rehearsal Dinner"  in nearby Blairsville, Helen, or surrounds.

The adventure begins!

- Fully customized adventure timeline prepared & shared, with details to keep you organized from early recon & permitting through final album and image printing.  And... Concierge support to keep more to-do items off your list!

Pre-Wedding

**Kate will join the group and will unobtrusively capture images of the surroundings/casual time up to or after the dinner, family in candid mode, and the dinner celebration (up to two hours total)

- THROUGH 1 pm-ish:  All have a leisurely start to the day with breakfast, lunch, etc.  As part of the Concierge Service, Kate arrives to help manage items/packing of picnic basket for Bo & Robin for evening excursion.

- AFTERNOON: Robin & Bo get ready.  "First looks" at the house.  Kate will be quietly capturing images throughout of them, and the family as well.

- LATE AFTERNOON: Load up and drive to ceremony location: TheWalasi-yi Interpretive Center/ Mountain Crossings at Neels Gap on the Appalachian Trail. Built by the CCC in 1937, the location features a crafted stone 'lodge', veranda with a beautiful view, and onsite access to the AT!  Estimate a 4:00 arrival.

-~4PM - 5:30 PM:  Ceremony at Mountain Crossings, Family Photos, and chill/down time with the crew at the ceremony location. A perfect time for cake/cupcakes and a bubbly drink!

[ SATURDAY, Part 2 ] THE Celebration continues!

**Family heads to Blairsville or Helen for dinner 

**Bo & Robin stay at Mountain Crossings with Kate for evening excursion of an "elopement style" Adventure Session & Bridal Portraits nested within a sunset hike.

- 5:30 PM:  Informal "picnic style" supper (or, backpacker's freeze dried out of a bag! ;-) Keepin' it true to the vibe!) pre-hike.

- 6:00 PM - POST-SUNSET RETURN: Inaugural marriage hike! Made even more awesome by hiking in your wedding finest! :-D 

**Blood Mountain Summit is the target!  Georgia's tallest peak :-D It can be up to ~4.5 miles roundtrip, or shorter as out & back.  In the spirit of rock "chapels" the summit features a CCC Stone Shelter on the National Historic Register, perfect for some beautiful portraits :-)

**Kate will be capturing casual, candid images throughout the hike. Very few images during this time are "formally posed." The beauty is in the location and your movement within the space :-)  

**Kate can provide super-bright headlamps as needed for safe hiking post sunset

- DARK:30:  Kate drops Bo & Robin back off at the house, and says "farewell for now".  :-D
